By submitting a claim, the buyer acknowledges that the Seller may, in the case of an unjustified vehicle claim, demand reimbursement from the buyer for costs necessarily and reasonably incurred in verifying the legitimacy of the claim. In particular, the Seller may request compensation for the necessary and reasonable costs of towing the vehicle to the service center and for carrying out a professional inspection of the vehicle at the service center.
